I was referred to Jeff from a HVAC distribution company. I gave him a call and he showed up as scheduled. He consulted my property and gave me fair priced estimate. I agreed to the terms and I had my new unit installed a few days later. Everything was timely and done in a professional manner. I also discussed with him I was quoted for a different package and he assured me that it was more then what I needed for my property. So he actually saved me $10,000.
Jeff Roser is a family friend whom we have never had the need to do any business with his company until now. His professionalism and knowledge of the business was superior and left us feeling secure in our business deal. The installation of the HVAC unit was completed same day and work very well just in time for the colder weather. Jeff ability to set aside personal from business speaks volume, and I would definitely recommend Coolzone to any consumer.
